According to childrenshospitals.org, "Approximately 2 million adolescents attempt suicide each year. Among U.S. pediatric deaths, more than 25% are by suicide. It is the SECOND LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH for children and young adults ages 10 to 24, causing more death than any single major illness and second only to unintentional injuries."

This is an alarming statistic in which we feel the Lord is leading us to address. With hopes to get their attention to the seriousness and finality of this issue, there will be a skit with several, pretty intense scenes. We will also provide them with tools to help them overcome such feelings and thoughts, such as teaching them about God's love for them and His armor He provides, Ephesians 6. We will have a professional counselor on site to be available for the girls.  

Please check yes or no on the registration form to give or not give your daughter/family member permission to watch the skit. If you choose for her to not watch, there will be other activities available during that time.
